We use Royal Mail to deliver the majority of our orders both across the United Kingdom and internationally. This trusted service ensures your order arrives securely, with full tracking provided once your parcel leaves our facility.

Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the date of purchase.

  • During peak times (e.g. seasonal promotions or holidays), dispatch times may extend slightly — but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs (UK Mainland)

  • Standard UK delivery: £2.99

  • Free UK delivery on orders over £70

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to customers worldwide.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated 7–14 working days depending on your country and local postal service.

  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

  • All international orders are sent with tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel's journey from dispatch to arrival.

Tracking Information

UK Delivery Times

  • After dispatch, standard delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.

  • We recommend allowing up to 5 working days for UK delivery before contacting us about a delayed order.
